While age and genetics are key risk factors, up to 40% of dementia risk is modifiable via lifestyle changes. The ComfortAge-Well Study, conducted by the University of Manchester and GFCT, aims to identify early markers of dementia and develop strategies for healthier ageing. By participating, adults aged 35 and over can contribute to groundbreaking research that enhances early detection, improves prevention, and shapes future health policies.
